Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

Lead shift operations for batch manufacturing of specialty chemicals ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise batch processes, charging, and reactor operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, EHS standards, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Stores for smooth operations.
• Train operators; maintain shift logs and downtime analysis.
• Support CAPA initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in chemical batch plants (reactors, blenders, distillation).
• Working knowledge of DCS/PLC preferred.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ISO 9001/14001 and 5S preferred.
