1) High temp.High pressure: • Our Acid corrosion inhibitor(ACI) is an organic high molecular weight amine derivative formulated to protect N-80 steel line. Such corrosive duties are encountered while acid fracturing of Limestone base is done. • Our ACI is used when acid attack such as Hydrochloric acid alone or mixed with Hydrofluoric acid is of extreme severity with strength of 15% or 20% at temp.120°C,150°C, 175°C and high pressure. Our ACI can also be used effectively in acid cleaning of Water Desalination Plants which have heat exchangers made of copper and cupro-nickel alloys. It does not contain Lead, Arsenic, chlorinated hydrocarbons, chromates or nitrates. 2) Copper and Nickel Tubing corrosion inhibitor • The product is designed to give minimum corrosion to metals like alloys of Copper and Nickel, when hydrochloric or sulphamic acids are used for dissolving scales, deposited in the heat exchanger tubes used in water desalination plants. 3) Corrosion inhibitor for pickling acids • This product is especially designed to inhibit the attack of Nitric acid or Sulphamic acid and citric acid on stainless steel (SS-316)/Carbon steel /API 5L during industrial cleaning operations. Nevamine-CPNA being completely soluble in water is used alongwith HNOз + HF acid or Sulphamic acid in pickling and chemical cleaning, when the attack due to these acids is mild to moderate. 4) Oil line Gas line and Brine corrosion inhibitor • It is recommended for use in pipelines and down hole wells treatment. Our product is equally effective in sour (H2S) and sweet (CO2) gas systems and hence it is recommended in both sweet and sour gas systems. This product is specially designed for the protection of oil line pipelines and down hole wells treatment, for corrodents like CO2, H2S and Brine. 5) Corrosion Inhibitor for Injection Water • Our product is versatile product and can provide protection efficiency of 90% minimum on SS 316/ SS 316L/API 5LX Gd B material at 50 C under various conditions. • It can be used continuously depending upon the severity of corrosive conditions. 6) Corrosion inhibitor for Hydrotesting • Pipelines for transportation of petroleum hydrocarbons ( crude oil / gas / petroleum products etc. ) are hydrostatically tested for their integrity before commissioning. • The water, (tap water / bore well water / sea water) used for hydrotesting, being saturated with oxygen poses the problem of electrochemical and microbiologically induced corrosion, due to Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) as well as aerobic bacteria, resulting in the blackening and breakdown of the inner surface of the pipeline. Hence it is necessary to treat such water with suitable chemical additives at optimum dosage to mitigate corrosion and microbial activities during test period. • Our product controls the electrochemical and microbiologically induced corrosion within the desired levels specified when the desire doses are applied. The dose of product is dependent upon quality of water used for hydrotesting.

Bactericides / Biocides Bactericides / Biocides
Down hole colonization of the reservoir has a number of negative impacts. Slime-forming sessile bacteria can block pore throats and reduce the injectivity of water injection wells. Most damaging, however, is contamination with sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) such as desulfovibrio. These bacteria metabolize the sulfate from surface injection waters into hydrogen sulfide gas. This acid gas level builds over time and causes enhanced corrosion, increased production costs (due to necessary H2S scavenging) and health and safety concerns. These bacteria are extremeophiles and are able to survive in the high salinity, high-pressure, elevated temperatures and moderate pH levels typical of many reservoirs. Once bacterial colonies are established, it is practically impossible to disinfect a reservoir. The only true method to control the down hole environment is to ensure adequate biocide use top side. Due to the toxicity of many biocides to both the environment and to those handling the products, regulatory restrictions on biocides and their use have become more stringent in recent years. The biocides offered by Navdeep are non-oxidizing surface-active organic types. They disrupt the typical function of the cell by their adsorption onto cell walls. Our biocides are less corrosive to production pipe work. Our biocides are Aldehyde type, Amine type and non aldehyde - non amine type particularly based on Bronopol, Isothiazoline, Quaternary ammonium compounds, Gluteraldehyde and Carbamates. Selecting the right biocide depends upon the target organisms to be treated, the regulatory approvals applicable and the type of treatment regime proposed. Many of the biocide chemistries mentioned become inactive once they reach the surface environment and are readily biodegraded to benign metabolic products.

H2S/O2 /CO2 Scavengers H2S/O2 /CO2 Scavengers
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) naturally occurs in crude oil. There are many safety hazards associated with H2S, so it is important to effectively control it. H2S also has detrimental effects on production equipment as it is highly corrosive and can degrade process and storage infrastructure, leading to costly repairs. We offer monoethanoloamine (MEA) and monomethylamine (MMA) triazine H2S scavenger products that are specifically designed for: • Crude oil • Natural gas • Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) • Steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) • Water treatment Our H2S scavengers can be utilized in many locations: • Wellsites • Production platforms • Ships • Pipelines • Refineries • Tank trucks • Storage tanks • Railcars Chemicals that react with H2S very often also have an affinity for CO2. The concentration of CO2 relative to H2S in natural gas is often very large (percent levels CO2 compared to a few ppm of H2S), which further makes removal of CO2 less attractive and more uneconomical. The need for selective removal of H2S therefore emerged as a key criterion for cost effective sweetening of natural gas.

Wax (paraffin) Remover Wax (paraffin) Remover
Crude oil infrastructures are affected by wax depositions, both in pipelines and wells. Once precipitated, paraffin wax tends to agglomerate peripherally to the flow, next to its physical frontiers, leading to sectional decrease or even flow blockage. Paraffin wax produced from crude oil consists primarily of long chain, saturated hydrocarbons (linear alkanes/n-paraffins) with carbon chain lengths of C18 to C75+, having individual melting points from 40 to 70°C. This wax material is referred to as “macrocrystalline wax.” Naphthenic hydrocarbons (C18 to C36) also deposit wax, which is referred to as “microcrystalline wax.” Macrocrystalline waxes lead to paraffin problems in production and transport operations; microcrystalline waxes contribute the most to tank-bottom sludges. Different types of methods are available to remove deposits from pipeline, but chemical dissolution of wax deposits by exothermic reaction is the most convenient method. Most important characteristic of our product is that after treating with it, wax is in pourable form even at room temperature which is convenient to remove wax or deposits from pipeline.

Barite (Barium sulphate) Remover Barite (Barium sulphate) Remover
As brine, oil, and/or gas proceed from the formation to the surface, pressure and temperature change and certain dissolved salts can precipitate. This is called “self-scaling.” If a brine is injected into the formation to maintain pressure and sweep the oil to the producing wells, there will eventually be a commingling with the formation water. Additional salts may precipitate in the formation or in the wellbore (scale from incompatible waters). Many of these scaling processes can and do occur simultaneously. Scales tend to be mixtures. For example, strontium sulfate is frequently found precipitated together with barium sulfate. Barite is one of the most common mineral scales in the oilfield and its formation can sequester toxic strontium (Sr) and radium (Ra). Our barium and strontium scale remover is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive, with pH ranges from 11 to 12. Application temperature ranges from 40℃ to boiling point. It has strong wettability, permeability and dispersity. It can effectively remove barium strontium scale. There is no secondary pollution after work, and the waste liquid can directly drain into the oil field production water disposal system without flow back handling.

Acid Emulsifiers Acid Emulsifiers
Acid Emulsifier is an excellent surfactant to emulsify the acids (typically 15 wt% Hydrochloric Acid) and light hydrocarbon phase (crude oil or diesel). Injection of the acid in this form (acid–in–diesel emulsion) will minimize acid-rock contact, which will result in the formation of deep worm holes. Emulsifying the acid will increase its viscosity and improve acid distribution in reservoirs. The foam will flow into the high permeability zones, causing the acid to flow into the light zones. The acid-in-diesel emulsion consists of diesel (continuous phase), Hydrochloric acid (dispersed phase) and an emulsifier. Diesel acts as a diffusion barrier between the acid and the rock, slowing the reaction rate of the acid with carbonate rock. This gives the acid the ability to penetrate deeper into the formation by creating wormholes and enhancing well productivity. On high speed stirring, a uniform emulsion is stable for 40 mins at 120°C.
